1.5 lbs ground turkey (at least 90% lean) 1/2 c grated gruyere cheese (or another type if you don’t have gruyere) 4 thinly sliced scallions 1/4 c dried breadcrumbs 1/4 c dijon mustard 1 minced garlic clove
Heat grill to high. In medium bowl mix ground turkey (at least 90% lean) with cheese, scallions, breadcrumbs, dijon, garlic. Form into 1 inch thick patties. Lightly oil the grill. Place patties on the hottest part. Sear until browned, 1-2 minutes per side. Then move to cooler part of the grill and continue cooking until done, about 5-10 minutes per side.
