3/4 c mashed bananas (2 small) 3/4 c buttermilk (or try soy milk for vegan) 3/4 c brown sugar (or less) 1/4 c corn syrup (optional) 3 T oil 2 t vanilla 1 3/4 c flour (try half whole wheat) 1/4 c cocoa powder 1 t baking soda 1/2 t salt 1/2 c chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients. Throw in the wet stuff. Stir it all up, pour into muffin tins, 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
